1.50 oz. Monterey Rye
    0.25 oz Luxardo Liqueur
    1-2 sugar cubes
    3-5 dashes of Angostura bitters
    1" piece of pineapple
    dry Champagne


  1. Add sugar, bitters and pineapple to a mixing glass and muddle until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Rye and Maraschino and shake with ice.
  3. Double Strain into a chilled champagne flute Top with champagne, and twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink do not put the lemon peel in the cocktail.
